We are independently owned and operated to provide you with service that is simply unmatched in the industry. If a problem should arise administratively, or in the field, you will be able to contact knowledgeable, top management decision-makers immediately and your problem will be addressed and resolved at once. Impersonal nationwide corporations are incapable of providing service on that level.

Hiring Practices

Strike Force Security is in the business of providing people - people that you, as a client, will be depending on for the protection of your property and personnel. We are in the unique position of being able to hire our officers individually after personal interviews with top management. We take care in matching just the right officers to the specific needs of the client. Our employee retention is among the highest in the industry. All Officers at Strike Force Security must meet or exceed state requirements for criminal history, background investigation, age, training, and licensing.

Compliance

We strictly adhere to local, state, and federal requirements governing the security industry for licensing, training, uniforms, vehicles, and practices. Strike Force Security maintains a two million dollar liability insurance policy that is in excess of the required state minimum for armed officers.
